inwink is a software editor available in SaaS mode. We have developed a B2B event and community marketing solution.
What you will do:
Customer service: respond to customer inquiries by email, on social networks, and possibly by phone
Create a quality customer relationship: our products are mostly offered as gifts and a helpful and joyful tone must be maintained throughout the customer experience
Website improvements: user interviews with our customers, feedback collection
Customer experience improvements: participate in the creation of the customer account and the overall experience thanks to the knowledge acquired during exchanges with customers
Participation in the content strategy for customers: follow-up emails, customer account, special experiences, gifts
If desired, participation in content creation and Instagram strategy (videos, photos, etc.)

Bachelor's degree
Customer contact
Knowledge of social networks (Instagram)
Student in a business school, communication, customer relations, or simply with a little experience in customer contact and a great curiosity
Excellent interpersonal skills, committed to the quality of customer relations
Rigorous, curious and resourceful
An interest in social networks (especially Instagram) would be appreciated but is not mandatory
Versatile and willing, altruistic and optimistic
A talent for baking, table football or Smash is a plus
