With the United Arab Emirates experiencing remarkable economic growth post-pandemic, reforms in Saudi Arabia and growth in the non-oil economy, and key reforms in Nigeria to restore macroeconomic stability, there is much interest in the Middle East/Africa (MEA); however, doing business in certain countries can be challenging. The programming kicks off with a keynote exploring energy transition and post-carbon economies, followed by a panel discussing the impact on business and their jurisdictions. We will also explore developments in the MEA and hear from general counsel how they are coping with various challenges and what trends they foresee shaping their business decisions.
