Equaleaders
Description
Equaleaders is an association of men and women committed to promoting more mixed and diversified leadership.
Founded in 2021, it is based on three fundamental values: diversity, mutual aid, and transmission. Much more than a support program, Equaleaders is dedicated to the advancement of high-potential women to executive committee and general management positions.
Its mentoring program connects selected women from organizations with leading CEOs, creating a space for free and transformative exchange. Since the first cohort in 2021, nearly half of the mentees have professionally evolved, gained promotions, or taken the helm of an organization. Mutual aid among alumni and the commitment of mentors are at the heart of this transmission dynamic.
Supported by partner companies, Equaleaders has benefited from the patronage of Isabelle Kocher, Arnaud de Puyfontaine, Philippe Wahl, and Éric Lombard. In 2025, Benoît Bazin is the patron of the 5th cohort, and Philippe Wahl is appointed Honorary President.
The association aims to broaden its impact and help even more women access the highest levels of responsibility.
